    Coaches, not just trainers

    Every Learnivation educator is a certified Learning Coach, trained in the neuroscience of coaching, not simply a trainer and assessor with industry experience. That means we start with the person, build the real-world skills that mainstream schooling often misses, and grow confidence alongside competence, so what you learn genuinely integrates into your life and work. It is how we work just as well with neurodiverse young people, career changers and experienced professionals in the same setting.

    Spark Leadership

    Certificate IV in Leadership & Management for young people. A mission-based journey where learners lead themselves, their ideas and their people, delivered with Cultivate the Chaos in Nambour and Gympie.

    Event Spark

    Certificate III in Events. Learners plan, budget, staff and crew real events as assessed work, building the events workforce the region needs on the road to Brisbane 2032.

    Business Spark

    A youth-led start-up program where young people collaborate to design and develop sustainable products and services, then take them to market, underpinned by Certificate III in Entrepreneurship & New Business.

    Our workplace leadership program for manufacturers and businesses, delivered with your teams. We grow capable, confident people-leaders using real projects from your business, so the learning lands on the job. Funding support may be available for eligible manufacturers.

    A dual pathway in leadership and animal behaviour & training, for animal handlers, keepers and agricultural workers ready to lead and facilitate, turning hands-on know-how into the skills to guide others.

    An after-school and school-holiday farm school for children, built around animals and the land, growing confidence, responsibility and real-world skills beyond the classroom.
